This unique room is 14ft x 25ft and is dark wood panelled throughout. It has a dark wood floor and incorporates many interesting features such as a period fireplace, large period writing desk, large period safe etc. This room offers a location feel within the studio. In addition the entrance lobby and hallway is finished in the same wood panelling and features double doors with frosted glass panels.This side of the building is served with a separate WC with wash basin and hot and cold running water.
